The Opportunity
Based at our Picton Branch in the Southwest, the Fleet Administration Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and maintaining fleet-related data, systems, administration and processes.
- Monitor and maintain accurate fleet asset meter readings for use in maintenance forecasting, replacement planning, R&M costs per hour and fuel costs per hour.
- Develop, analyse, publish reports on; Conformity against key criteria regarding fleet safety and legal conformity; R&M and fuel costs per hour, by vehicle budget category and application.
- Monitor and manage the accuracy and timeliness of asset register updates in all relevant systems.
- Managing supplier relationship for parts procurement.

About you
No two days are the same in this varied and challenging role, where you will use your confident communication skills to liaise with drivers, suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of fleet operations.
- Customer service orientation.
- Experience working in a similar position with exposure to multiple stakeholders.
- Experience working within the road transport industry.
- Skilled with use of Microsoft Office suite of products and fleet management software.
