About the Role:
Cleanaway is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our Commercial and Industrial (C&I) division. This is your chance to work with one of Australia's leading waste management companies and make a significant impact on sustainability and resource recovery. In this role, you will manage relationships with key accounts, ensuring exceptional customer service while driving revenue growth and retention.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Managing and nurturing a portfolio of key accounts within the C&I sector.
- Developing tailored waste management solutions to meet client needs.
- Building long-term relationships to drive client satisfaction and retention.
- Identifying new business opportunities within the existing client base.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Achieving revenue growth targets and contributing to the success of the C&I division.
About you:
You’re a sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being on the road, engaging directly with customers. Your strong relationship-building skills and proactive approach make you an invaluable asset in managing key accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Bring to the Role:
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or a related role, ideally with a background in service-based selling. While industry experience is flexible, a strong track record in building relationships and delivering tailored solutions is essential.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- A customer-centric mindset and a passion for building meaningful relationships.
- A self-motivated and goal-oriented approach, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
