The Opportunity

We’re thrilled to offer a unique opportunity for a Customer Service & Administration Supervisor to join us in supporting the teams across Queensland & WA.

Supported by the National Customer Service and Administration Lead, this high-impact role will see you be the driving force behind our commitment to operational excellence, overseeing a team of 8 CSOs and administrative staff across your portfolio. 

About You:
A hands-on, proactive approach with an exceptional track record leading teams and delivering exceptional customer service in multi-site contact centers for a large enterprise. If you are ready to bring fresh ideas to Cleanaway Daniels Health, we'd love to hear from you.

• You have a track record of building high-performing, engaged teams and thrive on coaching others toward excellence.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills, with the confidence to influence across all levels of the business.
• Making data-backed decisions and implementing improvements to optimise outcomes.
• IT Savvy and can pick up databases and CS programs quickly. 
• Your supportive, hands-on style fosters a culture of trust, integrity, and value, driving continuous improvement in customer service.
• Whilst you bring fresh ideas, you are coachable and thrive in an environment to learn and develop your skills.
