The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our skip bin hire operations as a Customer Service & Operations Support team member. Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring exceptional service while providing essential operational support.
Starting in customer service, you will undergo an intensive 6-month training program, gaining hands-on experience and transitioning into operations support. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to grow your skills in logistics and operations within a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service and support to our clients.
- Assist with scheduling, creating driver runs, and inputting logistics data.
- Enter operational data, including truck safety checks and preventative maintenance schedules.
- Monitor driver activities, ensure compliance with break schedules, and track bin locations.
- Provide administrative support to the operations team and assist in daily logistics tasks.
About You:
- Strong computer skills with the ability to adapt to and learn new systems.
- Experience with JDE & Coupa is a plus!
- Ideally available for an immediate start.
- Familiarity with the Mornington Peninsula area is advantageous.
- Flexibility to work some weekends (Saturday mornings).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
