The Opportunity
We are looking for a highly motivated and organised individual to join our team as an Operations Coordinator. This critical role, based in Willawong, QLD, is part of our experienced operations team and ensures the efficient completion of daily services while maintaining compliance with agreed standards, contractual obligations, and regulations. Additionally, you will also.
- Act as a key internal liaison to co-ordinate customer service, helping to ensure all services meet contracted requirements deliver consistently high service standards
- Liaise with operational and branch management to continuously improve service delivery, resolve issues and ensure new work opportunities are evaluated in a timely manner
- Maintain customer service standards and identify service solutions to assist customer retention
- Be the first point of contact for a wide range of stakeholders, such as builders/local residences , transport, technical team and our operational team
- Liaise with customers to ensure service and contract requirements are met and jobs are completed within expected timeframes
- Liaise with operational teams and our technical sales teams to ensure capacity and capability are aligned
About You
You will have a high level of communication and interpersonal skills and pride yourself on your ability to deliver value to customers. Operating in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment, you will bring the following skills to the position:
- Experience with Workplan (preferred but not essential)
- HR Licence (preferred but not essential)
- Proven experience in the Transport and Logistics or Service Delivery industries
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is essential
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team and manage multiple priorities
- Exceptional time management abilities, with a proven track record of prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
