The Opportunity 

Based at our Glendenning branch, we are seeking an experienced HR Driver with leadership experience for full-time work performing essential services throughout the region. 

As a Driver - Leading Hand, you will be responsible for:

• Coordinating drivers ensuring pre-start checks are carried out and drivers depart the depot on schedule
• Operating HR collection vehicles such as Side Lift and Rear Lift
• Maintaining a professional image of the company and deliver high quality customer service at all times
• Performing loading and unloading duties of waste as required
• Completing all records and paperwork accurately, as directed and required
• Operating user friendly computerised systems and other work-related systems

About You 

• Heavy Rigid (HR) Licence as a minimum
• Experience operating Side Lift vehicles 
• Demonstrated supervisory experience and leadership/teamwork capabilities
• Zero harm safety mindset
• Good attitude, reliable and willing to learn 
• Willing to take a Pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol test
