The Opportunity
We are seeking a Trade Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining site vehicles and equipment, ensuring operational efficiency and safety.
- Repairs and maintenance of light vehicles on site
- Servicing and replacing tyres as needed
- Assist with yellow gear blowouts, daily maintenance, and refueling.
- Keep accurate records of fuel usage and servicing activities.
- Support the overall upkeep and operational readiness of site equipment.
About You
The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to perform general maintenance and servicing tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- A commitment to workplace safety and efficiency.
- Willingness to take on varied tasks to support operations.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
