Platinum Customer Service Officer

The Position

  • Customer relationship management through the use of a combination of practices and strategies to ensure improved relationships, retention, contractual obligations and sales growth is achieved;
  • Management of customer service requests in the Cleanaway Sales Force (CRM) system;
  • Ensure first call resolution best practice is achieved to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction;
  • Administer process pricing queries and escalate for compliance and approval;
  • Investigate, log, and resolve customer complaints to ensure positive resolution and improved service; and
  • Monitor and record activities from inbound calls, outbound calls and emails.

 

About you

  • Previous experience within a customer service or sales position;
  • Proven ability to effectively manage complaints and successfully resolve customer matters;
  • Ability to be flexible with working hours working across rostered shifts and weekends;
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills;
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure;
  • Experience in Salesforce CRM (desirable but not mandatory); andIntermediate level of Excel experience.
