The Opportunity
The role of Relationship Manager – Aggregators & Competitors, will be responsible for providing analytical and business partnering to Cleanaway’s broker and competitor segment by assisting to achieve revenue and profit expectations. In this pivotal role, you will focus on building meaningful partnerships and creating excellent outcomes. Responsibilities will include:
- Develop strategic relationship with customers and industry participants, proactively source share opportunities for Cleanaway’s suite of services
- Keep abreast of competitor activity, maintain up-to-date data base of relevant information
- Ensure all reporting is submitted as required including opportunity pipeline, competitor activity and market intelligence
- Completion of CRM activity ensuring efficiency and within expected timeframes
About You
We are looking for an individual who is a natural relationship builder, thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by achieving impactful outcomes. You’ll bring:
- Proven value-based pricing expertise and capability to drive earnings growth across multiple products and sales channels
- Strong customer service and/or stakeholder management skills in large & complex environment
- Demonstrated negotiation and presentation skills
- Experience in working with multiple levels of stakeholder groups including executive, branch and front-line operations as well as leading a team
- Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills (ability to write and present tender responses)
