The Opportunity
Based at our Laverton Branch, the Fleet Administration Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and maintaining fleet-related data, systems, administration and processes. Reporting to the Fleet Administration Supervisor, you will also be responsible for:
- Monitoring and maintaining accurate fleet asset meter readings for use in maintenance forecasting, replacement planning, R&M costs per hour and fuel costs per hour
- Monitoring and managing the accuracy and timeliness of asset register updates in all relevant systems
- Managing supplier relationship for parts procurement, scheduling and general fleet queries
- Accurate management of Fleet Databases, records, systems and processes
- Raising and managing purchase orders, and resolving invoicing and receipting issues
- Developing, analysing and publishing fleet metric reports consisting of fuel metrics, fleet safety and vehicle budgets
About you
No two days are the same in this varied and challenging role, where you will collaborate with drivers, suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of fleet operations. Ideally you will also possess.
- A customer service orientation, backed with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Prior experience working in a similar position with exposure to multiple stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience working within the road transport industry or logistics
- Skilled with use of Microsoft Office suite of products and fleet management software
- Strong data entry skills, technical and analytical thinker with attention to detail
