Branch Manager

About the role:

As a Branch Manager at Cleanaway/Vins Bins, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our branch based at Dromana on the Mornington Peninsula, ensuring that we deliver top-notch service to our clients while maintaining the highest standards of safety and efficiency. You will lead a dedicated team, manage budgets, and implement strategies to drive business growth and operational improvements.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Management: Inspire, mentor, and develop your team to achieve operational excellence and meet performance targets.
  • Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Safety First: promote a safety-first culture, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and best practices.
  • Customer Focus: Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and addressing any issues promptly.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage branch budgets, track expenses, and optimise resource allocation to meet financial targets.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for operational improvement and implement strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.

About You

The ideal candidate is an inspired self-motivated and experienced professional with a proven track record in operational management within the waste management, logistics or a similar industry.

  • Innovative: Embraces new technologies and approaches, continuously seeking ways to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
