The Opportunity
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administration Officer to join our team on a part-time basis (3 days per week). In this role, you’ll provide critical support to our operations by managing customer account administration with a strong focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction.
Your day-to-day tasks will include setting up new customer accounts, actioning service cancellations, coordinating bin cleans, and managing bin exchanges (such as when customers require a different bin size). You will work closely with internal stakeholders across operations, sales, and customer service to ensure all requests are processed accurately and on time.
Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Set up and maintain customer accounts in internal systems.
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with company processes and policies.
- Manage bin clean setups and coordinate scheduling with operations.
- Facilitate bin exchanges, including changes to bin size or service requirements.
- Develop positive working relationships with other support functions and stakeholders.
About You
- Proven experience in an administrative role.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
