Customer Service Team Leader

The Opportunity

Based in Wingfield, SA, the Customer Service Team Leader is pivotal in leading and supporting our dedicated customer service team. Your focus will be on delivering outstanding customer experiences, ensuring efficient service delivery, and continuously improving team performance.

  • Monitor the integrity of daily data entry to ensure accuracy for invoicing, reporting and run sheet production, and that deadlines are met
  • Monitor calls to ensure prompt and appropriate corrective action from the Customer Service Officers in response to customer queries and complaints and implement systems to combat recurrence of issues
  • Assist the leadership team in the provision of a consistent approach to customer service and service delivery by ensuring systems are in place and agreed timeframes are being met

 About You

We're looking for someone with strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to sustainability. If you’re passionate about making a positive impact and driving results, we’d love to hear from you!

  • Experience in leading customer service/admin personnel in a contact centre environment
  • Intermediate competency with MS Office Suite of products
  • Demonstrated experience in influencing and managing expectations across internal and external stakeholders
