Why This Role?
As an Account Manager in Cleanaway’s Commercial & Industrial (C&I) Team, you’ll manage a diverse portfolio of customers across the Northern Beaches of Sydney. While you can be based anywhere in Sydney, regular customer visits will be essential.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage an already established portfolio of customers while identifying opportunities for growth.
- Build and strengthen relationships with customers and industry leaders.
- Stay ahead of market trends, keeping our database full of valuable insights.
- Showcase Cleanaway’s services through compelling presentations and proposals.
- Drive business expansion, maximizing revenue and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Manage our CRM system with precision, ensuring every opportunity is capitalized on.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re after someone who’s enthusiastic, resilient, and thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. You should be comfortable juggling multiple priorities, thinking strategically, and always looking for ways to improve customer relationships.
- A go-getter with a passion for customer service and business development.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- A proactive problem-solver who can think on their feet and adapt to changing situations.
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Experience using Salesforce (or similar CRM) is ideal.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Someone who enjoys working independently but also thrives in a collaborative team environment.
