Business Development Manager - SME

The Opportunity: 

Our Health Services Business is Australia’s leading provider of waste services, committed to creating a safer, sustainable future possible.

We have an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Business Development Manager to join our sales team based at Wingfield.

Guided by our Values, your responsibilities will include:

  • Identify opportunities for new business and develop and implement strategic sales plans and initiatives to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.
  • Track and analyse sales performance metrics, market trends, and customer feedback to enhance strategic decision-making and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Prepare sales presentations and regular reports on account status, revenue, and growth opportunities.

 

About You

  • Proven experience in business development, relationship management, and negotiation roles.
  • You have a hunter mindset and thrive on building new business partnerships.
  • You possess a strong technical ability to understand our assets and identify new business streams. 
  • Strategic thinker who can identify opportunities, analyse market trends and develop actionable plans.
  • Tech-savvy, proficient in Microsoft Office, and experienced with a sales CRM is desirable.
