The Opportunity:
Our Health Services Business is Australia’s leading provider of waste services, committed to creating a safer, sustainable future possible.
We have an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Business Development Manager to join our sales team based at Wingfield.
Guided by our Values, your responsibilities will include:
- Identify opportunities for new business and develop and implement strategic sales plans and initiatives to achieve revenue targets.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.
- Track and analyse sales performance metrics, market trends, and customer feedback to enhance strategic decision-making and continuous improvement efforts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Prepare sales presentations and regular reports on account status, revenue, and growth opportunities.
About You
- Proven experience in business development, relationship management, and negotiation roles.
- You have a hunter mindset and thrive on building new business partnerships.
- You possess a strong technical ability to understand our assets and identify new business streams.
- Strategic thinker who can identify opportunities, analyse market trends and develop actionable plans.
- Tech-savvy, proficient in Microsoft Office, and experienced with a sales CRM is desirable.
