Electrical/Instrument & Control Technician

 

    • Permanent Day shift – Full Time Position – Wetherill Park, NSW
    • Monday to Friday 7am to 3pm + Overtime available (paid at overtime rates) 
    • $55.00 per hour 
    • Opportunity for career progression

    About the role:

    • Troubleshoot process issues and plant breakdowns.
    • Participate in plant upgrade development, execution and commissioning.
    • Undertake installation and maintenance work in the plant and to ensure compliance with applicable legislation
    • Supervision and co-ordination of Electrical & Maintenance contractors onsite
    • Maintenance of Plant equipment database
    • Maintenance and ordering of stock levels.
    • Awareness of decisions made in this role on a daily basis and how they contribute to the branch collective performance.

    About you:

    To be successful in this role, you will have the following:

    • Current driver’s licence (Class 1 (NZ); Class C (AUS))
    • Experienced Electrical, Instrument and Control Technician
    • Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
    • Possess good analytical and problem solving skills
    • High developed communication skills (written and verbal)
    • Forklift Licence or willing to obtain
    • NSW Electrical licence
    • Cert III or IV in Instrumentation and Control
    • OHS Card
    • Hazardous area certification EEHE (highly Advantageous)
    • EWP Ticket or willing to obtain
