The Opportunity
As an Administration Officer, you'll play a key role in maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and supporting the team in credit assessments and account investigations. Your ability to manage data, coordinate tasks, and work collaboratively will be essential to success.
Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Provide high-quality administrative support to the Credit team.
- Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and documentation using Microsoft Excel.
- Assist with data entry, reconciliation, and account follow-ups.
- Liaise with internal teams and stakeholders to support case investigations.
- Maintain compliance with confidentiality and data integrity standards.
About You
- Prior experience in an administrative or support role (credit or finance experience is a plus).
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- A proactive attitude, high attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with or ability to quickly learn Salesforce and other company-specific systems.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
