The Opportunity
The role of FP&A Manager is responsible for managing the financial planning & analysis across operations and service functions, including month end activities, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analytics. Responsibilities will include:
- Optimise and improve quality of earnings by understanding, coaching and analysing drivers of P&L and balance sheets as well as key projects
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities across all financial, commercial and operational aspects of the Business
- Partner with Senior Management to lead the planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting processes, incorporating appropriate analysis and developing playbooks
- Partner with relevant support functions responsible for the delivery of complete and accurate data to a data warehouse environment to enable effective and efficient reporting and analysis Partner with relevant support functions to enable effective and efficient reporting and analysis
- Collaborate with Commercial Business Partners & Finance Managers to support overall team goals and objectives
- Lead and manage development & implementation of standardized reporting
About you
Your experience will include:
- Proven ability to manage a high performing team including identifying and addressing nonperformance, where appropriate
- Experience working in a large and complex organization across operations and corporate
- Experience in reporting, budgeting, forecasting and analytics
- Assertive with proven ability to establish credibility and influence across all layers of the organisation.
- Process orientated with proven ability to management priorities and meet tight timeframes
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen
- Strong financial knowledge in consolidation of results, financial and management accounting. CA or CPA Qualified
