About the Role
Are you a go-getter who thrives on winning new business, meeting clients face-to-face, and closing deals? We’re on the lookout for high-energy, career-driven Territory Managers to join Cleanaway’s passionate team, focused on the Construction and Demolition sector across multiple locations in Melbourne.

What you’ll be doing:

• Proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through face-to-face engagement across your designated territory in Melbourne.
• Building strong, lasting relationships with current and potential clients.
• Developing and executing sales strategies to drive market growth and increase Cleanaway’s presence in the industry.
• Providing accurate and timely reporting on business development activities.
• Managing your pipeline efficiently using Salesforce to track leads, opportunities, and client information.

What we’re looking for:
We’re after self-starters who are hungry for success and passionate about sales. If you’re results-driven, love being out on the road, and want to build a long-term career with Australia’s leading waste management company, this is the role for you.

You’ll bring:

• A proven track record in B2B sales and business development.
• Confidence and enthusiasm to engage clients face-to-face and win them over.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A strong work ethic and a drive to exceed targets.
• A current driver’s licence and your own reliable vehicle.
• Bonus points for experience in the construction or waste sectors – but it’s not essential.
