The Opportunity
Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. You will play a crucial role in engaging with the customers, managing inbound and outbound calls to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer service experience. This will be a Hybrid role post probation – 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Assist customers over the phone, and via email in a friendly and professional manner.
- Deliver excellent customer service to allocated contracts and sites.
- Develop positive working relationships with other support functions and stakeholders to meet and exceed customer needs.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Maintain accurate data records and ensure consistent execution of the end-to-end processes in compliance with company policies.
About You
- Proven experience in a customer service role in a contact centre is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
