The Opportunity
As the Operations Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient delivery of our services. You’ll lead and inspire a team to achieve operational excellence, maintain high safety standards, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective service delivery.
- Manage and motivate operational staff to achieve performance targets.
- Maintain compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
- Liaise with clients to ensure service satisfaction and resolve issues proactively.
- Must be flexible over weekends as rostering is done over a 7-day period
About You
We’re looking for a results-driven leader with:
- Experience in logistics, operations, or waste management (preferred but not essential).
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire teams.
- A passion for safety and sustainability.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- The ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
