The Opportunity

You will play a pivotal role in coaching and guiding our leaders while delivering strategic initiatives that align with our organisational goals. You’ll work closely with managers and regional teams to enhance workforce engagement, leadership development, and organisational capability. This role is based in Northgate but offers flexibility, with the opportunity to visit and engage with teams across Brisbane and throughout Queensland.

Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Provide coaching and mentoring to line managers to support their ongoing development.
  • Lead ER case management, including disciplinary processes that lead to behavioral changes, and support in building strong, positive workplace cultures.
  • Partner with stakeholders to roll out programs that promote employee engagement and drive succession planning and a high-performing culture.
  • Deliver corporate and business programs, including diversity and respect-focused initiatives, and organizational capability projects.
  • Support and develop line managers to handle people management challenges effectively and confidently.
  • Contribute to projects that enhance workforce engagement and improve operational efficiencies.

About You

  • Prior experience in managing complex ER cases and guiding best practices.
  • Driving workforce engagement and supporting cultural transformation.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement leadership development and succession planning frameworks.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive outcomes.
  • Experience coaching and guiding leaders to make well-considered and people-focused decisions.
  • Ability to remain focused on priorities that contribute to the long-term success of the business.
  • The flexibility to travel between sites and build meaningful relationships with regional teams.
