The Opportunity
Based in St Marys, NSW, we are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to coordinate the scheduling of our collection services. This role operates Thursday through to Monday, including weekends (Saturday and Sunday), and plays a key part in supervising both permanent and labour hire employees. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily work activities to ensure all tasks are completed safely and meet or exceed customer contractual requirements.
The role is responsible to ensure all pre-event planning , event execution and post event reporting are completed as required.
- Co-ordinate all customer services ensuring all scheduled collections meet contracted requirements and consistently high service standards
- Report on contractual matters, opportunity pipelines and competitor activity to management
- Identify opportunities to promote Cleanaway businesses within the region
- Maintain customer service standards and identify service solutions to assist customer retention
- Be the first point of contact for sub-contractors, Cleanaway drivers and internal queries
- Liaise with customers to ensure contract requirements are met and jobs are completed on time
- Liaise with operational teams and our technical sales teams to ensure capacity and capability are aligned
This role involves travel within NSW with occasional overnight stays. A fully maintained company car, phone and laptop will be provided.
About You
You will have a high level of communication and interpersonal skills and pride yourself on your ability to deliver value to customers. Operating in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment, you will bring the following skills to the position:
- Travel within the state of NSW
- Occasional overnight stays
- Organising resourcing of each event including labour hire, equipment and trucks
- Liaising with local councils as part of event planning
- Creating relevant waste transport documentations
- Post event reports and data analysis.
