The Opportunity
Based in Malaga, WA, the Resource Recovery Specialist is accountable for the delivery of customer sustainability targets through the creation of resource recovery strategies and projects, data analytics, and implementation of key initiatives for allocated customer accounts.
- Provide expert sustainability advice to internal and external customers
- Potentially develop relationships with government bodies and funding bodies
- Coordinate and manage waste audit programs, reporting and analysis
- Implement new services, minimising impact to customers in line with sustainability targets
- Proactively manage customer and prospect relationships to gain, retain and grow Cleanaway’s revenue and market share
About You
Ideally, you will have tertiary qualifications in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business, Engineering, or other relevant fields and have a strong knowledge of the waste and recycling industry.
- Experience in working with multiple levels of stakeholder groups, including customers, executives, branch, and finance
- Demonstrated delivery of highly visible resource recovery projects
- Conducting waste auditing, analytics, and reporting
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong data and trend analytics to develop bespoke solutions
