Inside Sales Telesales Specialist

The Opportunity

Offered initially on a 6-month fixed-term contract basis, the Inside Sales, Telesales Specialist has the opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You’ll drive new business, engage with clients, and have a direct impact on the company’s success. Responsibilities will include:

  • Manage and handle warm inbound leads and make targeted outbound sales calls – no cold calling here!
  • Grow our small-to-medium business (SME) customer base with your sales skills and persuasive energy
  • Provide top-notch customer service and onboard new clients, ensuring they’re set up for success
  • Work in a high-volume sales environment where every win counts

About You

  • A proven track record in sales, and a passion for hitting targets and exceeding goals
  • A competitive, driven attitude – you love the thrill of closing deals and winning
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills – you know how to get people excited about what you’re offering
  • Experience with CRMs like Salesforce? Perfect! If not, we’ll show you the ropes
