The Opportunity
Are you highly organised with a passion for supporting high-performing teams? We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Cleanaway. In this critical support role, you’ll be the backbone of the sales team, ensuring smooth coordination of administrative processes, reporting, and customer engagement.
You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business to deliver accurate data management, tender support, and CRM integrity while driving high standards in professionalism and responsiveness. Your contribution will directly support Cleanaway’s mission to deliver sustainable waste management solutions with excellence and integrity.
About You
You’re a confident communicator and natural organiser who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. With prior experience in a sales support, customer service, or administrative role, you’re known for your ability to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
You bring:

Proven experience supporting sales teams or in a customer-focused admin role

Intermediate to advanced computer literacy, including CRM systems (Salesforce experience highly regarded)

Strong communication, reporting, and presentation preparation skills

A positive, solutions-focused mindset and a genuine interest in supporting team success
