The Opportunity
You’ll play a key role in supporting the daily operations of our business by ensuring accurate and timely data entry of vehicle and stock movements. You’ll be responsible for tracking and reporting on ad hoc collections, working closely with the operations and customers to investigate and resolve issues. This role is a 12-month fixed-term contract.
Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Assist customers over the phone and via email in a friendly and professional manner.
- Enter daily operational data into internal systems with accuracy and efficiency.
- Prepare and manage driver dockets, run sheets, and work orders.
- Liaise with Operations and customers to resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate logs and reports for internal tracking and auditing.
- Raise purchase orders and invoices for suppliers and customers.
- Use operational data to compile and send reports to external stakeholders.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
About You
- Proven experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
