The Opportunity
Due to growth, we are on the hunt for our newest Internal Account Manager. In this role you will make significant relationships with our small to medium sized client base as you own the customer maintenance, re-sign and upgrade process.
This role is a critical component of our sales model and presents an outstanding opportunity to grow, develop and hone your skills whilst building a great foundation for an exciting and rewarding sale career within Cleanaway. Responsibilities include:
- Manage your own portfolio ensuring strong customer retention and growth
- Collaborate with sales teams and other departments to support seamless customer service and contribute to overall business objectives
- Working dynamically to manage the pace and variety of tasks the role has on offer each day
About You
Are you passionate about building strong customer relationships, driving business growth and hungry and driven to succeed? If so, then we need you!
- Previous experience in a Customer Service/Account Management capacity would be highly advantageous
- Exceptional proficiency in verbal and written communication
- Demonstrated experience working towards KPIs and Targets
- Great communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at various levels
- A fun, energetic and hardworking approach
- Willingness to learn and be coached for success
