The Opportunity
The Payroll Systems Analyst plays a key role in managing, maintaining, and enhancing our payroll systems. You will oversee system integration, configuration, and functionality, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing payroll-related system maintenance to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborating with Payroll, Kronos, and IT teams to deliver automation and system integration solutions
- Supporting internal and external payroll audits
- Ensuring compliance with system and data procedures
- Performing data analysis, calculations, and reporting
About You
You’ll bring expertise in payroll systems and a proven ability to support complex organisations. Your background will include:
- Experience supporting and maintaining payroll systems (Dayforce, SAP/SuccessFactors, or Workday preferred)
- Strong knowledge of payroll security structures and master data management
- Experience managing system interfaces with finance and other platforms
- Clear and confident communication skills across diverse stakeholders
- Proven experience in large, multi-site, multi-agreement environments
- Hands-on involvement in payroll system implementations
