The Opportunity
Based in Malaga, WA, on a 12-month fixed-term contract, initially, the purpose of the Customer Data Administrator is to be responsible for ensuring the integrity of the customer data inside Visual Rams Pro & JD Edwards, contributing to the achievement of business goals and objectives via the provision of high-quality support during the onboarding of the customer, as well as ensuring any changes to customer data are performed in a tightly controlled manner.
- Ensure Salesforce, VRP & JDE database integrity by effectively managing quality control.
- Maintain accurate data records and ensure consistent execution of the end-to-end processes in compliance with company policies and finance timelines.
- Support Administration Managers and Supervisors to drive change through the business with the use of technology solutions.
- Ensure the customer data accurately reflects the customer's needs and requirements.
- Develop positive working relationships with other support functions to meet and exceed customer needs.
- Set up and activate new customer accounts with a high level of detail and accuracy.
- Assist in the training of customer service and sales teams to ensure understanding and compliance with data templates.
About You
Our ideal candidate will have previous experience involving data management in an ERP environment and have a proven ability to maintain and enhance positive stakeholder relationships.
- Salesforce (preferred)/CRM experience or knowledge.
- Intermediate skills with the MS Office suite of products.
- Sound knowledge of VRP &/or JDE is beneficial.
- Strong organisational, written, and verbal communication skills.
