The Opportunity
We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Maintenance Coordinator to join our Erskine Park team on a casual basis, with potential to move into a permanent role. This is a broad support position where you’ll play a vital role in keeping our fleet safe, compliant, and on the road. From coordinating service bookings and compliance checks to managing reporting, payroll, and supplier communications, you’ll bring structure and organisation to a busy workshop environment.

What you’ll do
- Book trucks for third-party repairs and inspections, with regular follow-up to ensure timely completion.
- Manage purchase orders, work orders, payroll inputs, and compliance records.
- Prepare and audit workshop reports and maintenance work orders, escalating issues where required.
- Oversee registration inspections, compliance checks, and payments.
- Update and maintain daily reporting tools and compliance systems and attend VMB meetings.
- Liaise daily with operations and suppliers to keep fleet availability and workflows on track.
About You
- Experience in maintenance coordination, fleet administration, or workshop support.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
- Confident communicator with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- High attention to detail with a proactive, hands-on approach.
- Safety and compliance first mindset.
