The Opportunity

Our Health Services Business is Australia's leading provider of health waste solutions, dedicated to helping our clients create a safer, more sustainable future. We have an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Business Development Manager to join our sales team based in Silverwater, NSW.

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business growth, diversifying our assets into new markets, and building strategic partnerships to achieve revenue targets.

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities that align with our company’s strategic objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand our market reach and revenue streams.
  • Track and analyse sales performance metrics, market trends, and customer insights to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, finance, and marketing) to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations and reports on account status, revenue growth, and emerging opportunities.
  • Foster long-term partnerships by understanding client needs and positioning our solutions effectively.

About You

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, relationship management, or negotiation roles, with a strong ability to secure new business and drive revenue growth.
  • A strong communicator who can build and maintain meaningful relationships with clients, internal teams, and key stakeholders to support business expansion.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, effectively prioritising tasks, managing multiple opportunities, and consistently meeting sales and revenue targets.
  • A strategic thinker who can identify business opportunities, analyse market trends, and develop data-driven sales strategies to support company objectives.
  • Tech-savvy, proficient in Microsoft Office, and comfortable using CRM systems to track and manage sales pipelines and performance metrics.
