As an Account Manager within Cleanaway’s Commercial & Industrial (C&I) Team, based in Tullamarine, you’ll be at the forefront of innovation and growth, managing a portfolio of customers across the North/West side of Melbourne

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Forge dynamic relationships with customers and industry leaders, uncovering exciting opportunities for our suite of services.
• Dive into the competitive landscape, staying ahead of the game and keeping our database brimming with valuable insights.
• Champion our brand and showcase our offerings through compelling presentations and proposals.
• Lead the charge in expanding our customer base and maximizing revenue potential through strategic initiatives.
• Harness the power of technology, managing our CRM with precision and finesse to ensure every opportunity is seized.

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

• A fearless attitude and a passion for exceeding expectations, coupled with a natural flair for customer service.
• The ability to thrive in high-pressure environments, turning challenges into opportunities and driving business forward.
• Lightning-fast time management skills and a knack for juggling multiple priorities with ease.
• A creative mindset and a knack for out-of-the-box thinking, always ready to tackle problems head-on.
• Proficiency in MS Office and a hunger to master CRM software, with previous experience being a plus.
