The Opportunity
We are seeking an experience professional to step into the role of Platinum Billing Officer. Key responsibilities will include:
- Produce monthly consolidated invoices for Platinum National customers within a selected time frame
- Work with internal Cleanaway teams to deliver invoices
- Partner with another Platinum Billing Officer to deliver according to deadlines
- Participate in the completion of month end processes of the Platinum Service Centre
- Manage and control intercompany and cost processes for each Platinum customer in portfolio
- Prepare a variety of analysis and reconciliation reports for internal stakeholders
- Liaise with all stakeholders in the management of disputes and queries from customers
About You
- Tertiary qualifications in an appropriate discipline will be highly advantageous
- Working knowledge of Accounts Payable, Receivables, Financial Reporting and end of month Reconciliation will be highly advantageous
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills essential
- Advanced IT skills, particularly in excel and experience with large CRM and ERP systems
