Finance Business Partner

About the role:
In this role, you’ll be at the centre of a dynamic, multi-site operation — leading forecasting, budgets, and month-end processes while ensuring the business truly understands the numbers. You’ll be the commercial voice in the room, bringing clarity to complex data, spotting opportunities, and guiding decision-making at every level.

Success here is all about influence. You’ll build strong partnerships with operational leaders and senior executives, challenging, coaching, and supporting them to deliver on their goals. You’ll know how to hold people accountable while working collaboratively to find solutions.

What you’ll be doing

  • Leading end-to-end month-end, budgeting, and forecasting processes across multiple sites and entities.
  • Partnering with operational and senior leaders to drive performance, accountability, and commercial outcomes.
  • Turning complex financial data into insights that guide real business decisions.
  • Presenting commercial updates and recommendations with confidence and influence.
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement and supporting problem-solving across the business.

About you:

You’re commercially astute, resilient, and thrive in large, fast-moving, and complex environments. You know how to turn numbers into a clear story, connecting the detail to the bigger picture, and you’re confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels. You don’t shy away from challenging assumptions when it leads to better outcomes, and you bring the credibility and presence to influence decisions across the business.

You have proven experience navigating the challenges of a complex, multi-site business and understand how to partner effectively across a wide range of stakeholders.

  • Proven experience in a complex, multi-site business environment.
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
  • CA/CPA qualified (or working towards).
  • A strong track record in business partnering, influencing, challenging, and supporting stakeholders across both operational and senior leadership levels.
  • Skilled at translating financial information into practical insights for non-finance audiences.
  • Confident presenting financial results and driving discussions that lead to action.
  • Driven, adaptable, and able to operate independently in high-pressure, constantly changing environments.

What we offer:

We know great people deserve great benefits, and we’ve got plenty to keep you motivated, supported, and growing:

  • Competitive salary package with yearly reviews – your efforts won’t go unnoticed.
  • 18 weeks fully paid parental leave from day one, because family comes first.
  • Flexible work arrangements – enjoy 2–3 days working from home each week.
  • Be part of a high-growth, ASX 100 listed business with exciting career pathways.
  • Learning, training, and development opportunities to sharpen your skills and take your career further.
  • Clear scope for growth and progression across the business.
  • Strong professional support from a nationwide network of H&S experts.
  • Employee share program so you can invest in the future you’re helping build.
  • Fantastic staff benefits program – from novated car leasing and salary sacrificing on work-related purchases, to private health insurance discounts and more.
