The Opportunity
Based in Wingfield, reporting to the Business Unit Sales Manager, you will be primarily responsible for the management, target achievement, and development of a team of Business Development Managers and Key Account Managers within South Australia.
Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans and initiatives to achieve sales targets and business objectives within Key Account portfolio.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Business Development Managers and Key Account Managers to achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Identify and prioritise target accounts and key customers and develop and maintain strong relationships to drive sales opportunities.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to ensure alignment with sales targets and objectives.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, market trends, and competitive activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and other documentation as required by management.
About You
- Proven track record of success in field sales management or similar roles.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement sales plans and initiatives to drive revenue growth.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
