The Opportunity
We’re looking for a driven and strategic Sales Manager to take the reins of revenue growth within our SA Solids business unit. Based in Wingfield, SA, you’ll lead a team of experienced sales professionals, each managing their own segments.
Your role will be to guide, support, and empower them to deliver on their targets while driving broader business growth through smart strategy and strong partnerships. This is a high-impact role suited to someone who thrives on leading teams, creating structure, and unlocking new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team, driving performance, collaboration, and accountability.
- Manage the overall team pipeline in alignment with regional sales plans and business growth targets.
- Deliver on Business Unit revenue goals, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
- Strengthen Cleanaway’s position in the market through proactive relationship-building with key customers and prospects.
- Leverage Salesforce to monitor performance metrics and create visibility across the team.
- Oversee the preparation and submission of professional, timely, and accurate tenders and quotes.
