Administration and Customer Service Officer

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers and play a crucial role in providing administrative support. You'll have the opportunity to engage with customers and the municipal council via phone and email to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer service experience.

Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Assist customers over the phone and via email in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and data entry.
  • Deliver excellent administration and customer service to allocated contracts and sites.
  • Develop positive working relationships with other support functions and stakeholders to meet and exceed customer needs.
  • Reconcile, report, and audit asset management as required.
  • Maintain accurate data records and ensure consistent execution of the end-to-end processes in compliance with company policies and finance timelines.

About You

  • Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
