6-Month Fixed-Term Contract
Join our team in Toowoomba as an Administration & Customer Service Officer, where you’ll play a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly. You’ll provide high-quality administrative support, deliver exceptional customer service, and help us achieve our business goals every day.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide top-notch administrative and customer service support across assigned contracts and sites
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams
- Keep data accurate and up to date, ensuring all processes align with company policies and finance timelines
- Look for ways to improve service delivery by developing your technical and professional skills
About You
You’re detail-oriented, organised, and take pride in delivering exceptional service. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with others, and supporting a business that makes a positive environmental impact.
What You’ll Bring:
- Solid experience with Microsoft Office, ideally Excel
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
