The Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Officer to join our team in a varied, hands-on role that sits at the heart of our operations. You’ll play a key part in supporting customers, solving problems, and making sure services run smoothly. This is a dynamic role where you’ll be involved in a mix of customer interaction, coordination, and behind-the-scenes problem solving, no two days will look the same.

What you’ll be doing

  • Being the first point of contact for customer enquiries
  • Managing and resolving issues from start to finish, ensuring a positive outcome for everyone involved
  • Working closely with internal teams and external partners to coordinate solutions
  • Investigating and following up on queries, escalating where needed
  • Keeping systems and records up to date and accurate
