The Opportunity
Cleanaway is seeking a reliable HR Driver to join our Bathurst depot in a full-time, permanent role delivering essential waste services across the region.
If you’re an experienced driver who wants job security, early starts, and consistent hours, this could be the role for you.
As a Multi System Operator, you will:
- Operate HR collection vehicles (rear lift, front lift & hook lift)
- Perform daily vehicle safety and maintenance checks
- Complete runs safely and efficiently
- Represent Cleanaway professionally with customers and the community
- Follow fatigue management and safety procedures
About You
- Valid HR licence (minimum requirement)
- Physically fit – some manual handling involved
- Reliable, safety‑focused and punctual
- Willing to learn different collection systems
- Flexible availability for overtime when required
- Able to pass a medical, drug & alcohol test
