The Role
As the Products, Sales & Services Lead you will be responsible for owning and governing Cleanaway’s product and services offering from a sales enablement and operational readiness perspective.
This role ensures that product and service information is accurate, consistent, clearly structured and sales-ready, enabling sales, customer service and operational teams to confidently scope, quote and deliver Cleanaway solutions.
Operating as part of the Sales Excellence function, this role sits at the intersection of sales, operations, commercial, marketing and systems, translating complex service detail into clear, usable and commercially effective product information.
Key Accountabilities
Product and Services Ownership
• Own and manage Cleanaway’s end-to-end product and services catalogue across digital and print formats
• Ensure product and service information is accurate, current and aligned to operational capability
• Maintain clear product structures, naming conventions, hierarchies and definitions
• Act as the central point of accountability for catalogue integrity and governance
Sales Enablement and Commercial Support
• Translate product and service detail into clear, sales-ready materials including product sheets, summaries and reference guides
• Support sales teams with accessible, easy-to-use product information and enablement resources
• Ensure product information supports accurate quoting, service scoping and contract documentation
• Monitor catalogue usage and adoption to identify gaps, complexity or improvement opportunities
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Commercial, Pricing, Product SMEs, Operations and IT
• Coordinate inputs from multiple stakeholders to validate and maintain product information
• Ensure consistent product representation across CRM, ERP, sales enablement tools and customer-facing materials
• Present a single, aligned product and services offering across the organisation
Systems, Assets and Continuous Improvement
• Own and maintain catalogue assets including product guides, matrices, playbooks and digital resources
• Ensure product data is correctly integrated across enterprise systems
• Lead catalogue updates, version control and approval workflows
• Use data and feedback to drive continuous improvement in catalogue quality, usability and effectiveness
Governance, Risk and Reporting
• Maintain strong governance over product data, documentation and change control
• Identify and mitigate risks related to inaccurate or inconsistent product information
• Monitor data quality, usage and performance metrics to inform improvements
• Ensure all activities align with safety, compliance and operational requirements
About You
You are a highly organised, detail-driven professional who enjoys creating structure, clarity and consistency in complex environments.
You will bring:
• Experience managing product catalogues, service libraries or structured product information in an enterprise environment
• Strong ability to translate technical or operational detail into clear, sales-ready content
• Experience working across CRM, ERP and sales enablement platforms
• Strong stakeholder management across sales, operations, marketing, IT and commercial teams
• High attention to detail with a disciplined approach to governance and data quality
• Confidence using data and insights to inform decisions and improvements
Experience in industrial services, utilities, infrastructure or complex service organisations is highly regarded.
