The Role

As the National Sales Support & Enablement Manager, you will lead a multi-state team responsible for delivering high-quality sales support, sales administration, CRM and systems governance, and customer and sales performance reporting. This role exists to increase sales productivity, improve data discipline, and strengthen sales enablement, ensuring sales teams spend more time selling and less time navigating systems, reporting, and administration.

Operating as part of the Sales Excellence function, this role plays a critical part in improving internal efficiency, customer experience, and commercial confidence through disciplined processes, clean data, and reliable reporting.

We are open to the candidate being based in another State of Australia within proximity to a CBD. 

Key Accountabilities

Sales Support and Enablement Leadership

• Lead, coach and develop a multi-state team of sales coordinators, administrators, reporting specialists and system administrators
• Embed a high-performance, process-driven culture focused on SLA delivery, data accuracy and continuous improvement
• Build team capability across sales enablement, CRM usage, reporting and system support

Sales Enablement and Customer Support

• Ensure accurate, timely delivery of customer and environmental reporting
• Support sales teams with administrative, operational and reporting activities that improve customer experience
• Act as a point of escalation for complex reporting, system or administrative issues, ensuring effective resolution
• Champion customer-focused improvements that reduce friction and enhance service delivery

CRM, Systems and Data Governance

• Own CRM governance and system discipline, including configuration, data hygiene, access management and user support
• Oversee enterprise systems supporting sales including CRM, ERP, reporting and document management tools
• Lead first-line system support for sales teams
• Ensure consistent, compliant and effective system usage across the sales organisation

Process Improvement and Reporting

• Design, implement and continuously improve workflows, templates, SLAs and reporting frameworks
• Drive standardisation and automation to improve efficiency and reduce cost-to-serve
• Monitor performance through dashboards and operating rhythms to identify improvement opportunities

Governance, Risk and Performance

• Maintain strong controls around documentation, data quality and reporting accuracy
• Identify and mitigate operational and commercial risk related to system or reporting gaps
• Ensure activities align with governance, safety and compliance requirements

About You

You are a structured, people-focused leader who thrives in complex environments and enjoys building disciplined, high-performing support functions.

You will bring:
• Proven experience leading multi-state sales support, enablement or administrative teams
• Hands-on experience with CRM governance, system administration and data management. Sales Force will be highly regarded
• Strong capability in reporting, analytics and performance monitoring
• Experience implementing SLAs, operating rhythms and process improvement initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management across sales, operations, commercial, marketing, customer service, and data teams
• A continuous improvement mindset with strong attention to detail

Experience in complex, multi-site or regulated service environments is highly regarded.
