Sales Support & Enablement Manager

National role | Report to Head of Sales Excellence | Flexible location + 2 days WFH

Help shape a brand‑new, high‑performing Sales Excellence function that enables our SME, KAM and Platinum sales teams to operate at their best. This role ensures every salesperson has reliable tools, clean data, strong processes, and accurate reporting, thereby lifting productivity, customer experience, and commercial confidence nationwide.

Why this role matters

Reporting directly to the Head of Sales Excellence, you will lead the national Sales Support & Enablement team within the Sales Excellence pillar. Your work underpins the performance of our entire sales organisation, from data discipline to customer reporting to CRM governance.

What you’ll do

  • Lead and develop a multi‑state team across sales support, reporting, systems and administration
  • Lift sales productivity through clean data, reliable reporting and strong enablement practices
  • Ensure accurate and timely customer, environmental and sales performance reporting
  • Own CRM governance and system discipline across all sales teams
  • Standardise processes, SLAs and workflows; drive automation and continuous improvement
  • Partner with Sales, Operations, Commercial, Marketing and Customer teams to remove friction and improve the end‑to‑end experience

What you’ll bring

  • Experience leading sales support, enablement or multi‑site admin teams in a complex or regulated service environment is highly regarded.
  • Hands‑on CRM governance and system administration (Salesforce is highly regarded)
  • Strong reporting, analytics and performance monitoring capability
  • Proven ability to embed SLAs, operating rhythms and process improvements
  • Excellent stakeholder management across diverse functions, both on teams and via face-to-face
  • A continuous‑improvement mindset and strong attention to detail
