The Opportunity 

Based at our newly built Rooty Hill materials recycling facility, we are seeking experienced Loader Operators to join the team in a full time, permanent capacity.

• Operate the Front-End Loader and Material Handler as required
• Take ownership of plant machinery (e.g., pre- and post-start checks)
• Control the placement of waste and recyclables being deposited by customers so to maximise resource recovery
• Meet targets for recycling and diversion of waste from landfill
• Undertake general labouring and cleaning duties as required

About You 

• Hold a current Front-End Loader and/or Excavator licence
• Excellent work ethic and attitude
• Strong commitment to safety and adherence to safe operating of high-risk equipment.
• Background in the waste, recycling or mining industry is highly regarded
• Willing to take a Pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol test
