The Opportunity
We are launching a new control centre and are seeking multiple Control Room Operators to be part of this exciting setup. In these roles, you will support fleet safety, driver welfare, and compliance through real‑time monitoring of telematics and incident alerts via our In‑Vehicle Monitoring System (IVMS).
Our control room is currently based in Dandenong, with plans to relocate to the Melbourne CBD later this year. This role operates on a rotating 4‑week roster, including a mix of day, afternoon, and night shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate professionally with drivers, supervisors and operational teams
- Monitor and action real-time IVMS alerts in line with procedures
- Provide timely support to operational leaders during event escalations
- Escalate critical incidents promptly and accurately
- Maintain accurate system records to support investigations
- Support safe driver behaviour and adherence to compliance standards
About You
- Experience in a control room, call centre, or emergency response environment
- Proven ability to manage time-critical incidents and escalations
- Comfortable working across multiple IT systems and platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Flexible availability to work across a 24/7 rotating roster
