The Opportunity

We’re seeking an experienced Finance Partner to join our high-performing team to deliver key performance reporting, insightful analysis and strong financial governance across our commercial and operational teams.

In this dynamic role, you will maintain balance sheet integrity, lead reconciliations, and deliver financial analysis to support continuous improvement initiatives. Working closely with Commercial Business Partners, you will provide accurate reporting and insights to deliver financial results, budgets and forecasts for the business.  Your role is critical in enabling financial control and reporting, data-driven decision making, and forward-looking planning.

Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Partner with the Commercial Business Partners in the preparation of monthly financial results, budgets, and forecasts, including month-end journals and reports
  • Monitor and analyse key operational productivity KPIs, providing insights and recommendations to improve outcomes.
  • Prepare financial modelling and business cases to support decision‑making.
  • Lead balance sheet review, reconciliation and fixed asset capitalisation processes
  • Ensure compliance with corporate governance requirements and accounting standards

About You

  • CA, or CPA qualified with relevant accounting and commercial experience in a complex, multi-site industrial or waste management business.
  • Solid prior experience in Financial and management accounting practices.
  • Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office and relevant accounting systems
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively, interpreting complex data into actionable insights.
