The Opportunity 

We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist - Ramsay Health to join our Platinum Team. 

This is a newly created role designed to support a key national account, with a strong focus on service delivery, customer experience, and operational excellence.  Reporting into the Platinum Care Leadership team, you will work closely with internal teams including Platinum Customer Care Officers, Resource Recovery, Platinum Account Management Team and reporting teams. 

This role plays a critical part in managing day-to-day service requirements, customer bookings, and escalations, ensuring a high standard of service and responsiveness. 

Key responsibilities include: 

• Managing customer bookings and allocations to support daily operations  
• Handling escalations, complaints, and service issues in a timely and professional manner  
• Supporting project work including skip and bulk service initiatives  
• Assisting with peak period planning and scheduling to meet customer demand 
• Working across BAU cases and service requests to ensure continuity of service
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive service improvements and efficiencies 
• Maintaining accurate data within CRM systems (Salesforce) and related platforms 
• Contributing to a structured and consistent daily operating cadence, aligned with team priorities 

 

About you 

 You’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing multiple priorities and building positive relationships. You bring a proactive, solutions focused mindset and are confident working across both operational, account management and customer facing tasks. 

You will also have: 

• Previous experience in customer service or operations focused roles  
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems 
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities 
• Demonstrated experience in handling escalations and customer complaints 
• Confidence working both independently and as part of a team
• Experience in call centre or high-volume environments (highly regarded)
