The Opportunity

Territory Sales Manager

We’re now searching for a Territory Sales Manager who’s ready to step in, take charge, and help shape the next chapter of our growth story.

About the role?

You’ll be supporting and growing a team of Field Sales professionals based in various locations across Melbourne (including Geelong & Mornington). With 10 direct reports (and growing), your focus will be on coaching for performance, nurturing and developing your team and ensuring we’re positioned as a partner of choice in the market.

You will:

• Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing Sales team focused on SME acquisition and retention
• Drive growth by empowering your team to build strong, long‑term customer relationships
• Collaborate closely with operations and senior leaders to align sales activity with broader business goals
• Champion a culture of accountability, development and continuous improvement

About you

You’re a high‑energy, people‑first leader who knows how to bring out the best in your team. You thrive in fast‑paced environments, love a challenge, and aren’t afraid to get hands‑on when needed. You’re commercially sharp, naturally collaborative, and always thinking one step ahead. Most importantly, you lead with purpose, and you’re hungry to grow.

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience leading sales teams
• A strong background in sales, with the ability to coach and lift capability Experience managing national or multi‑site portfolios and navigating complex customer needs
• Ideally, experience leading remote teams and keeping them motivated and connected
• Industry background is flexible, you don’t need to come from waste to make an impact here
