The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Administration Supervisor to lead and oversee all new customer onboarding activities across the Cleanaway Waste Management enterprise. In this role, you will manage a team of Master Data Administrators and hold end‑to‑end accountability for the accuracy and integrity of customer master data within Salesforce and JDE.

You will be responsible for developing and embedding robust onboarding processes aligned with compliance and safety requirements, while ensuring every customer experiences a smooth, consistent, and professional transition into CWY.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end‑to‑end mobilisation of new customers, ensuring a seamless, safe, and fully compliant start
  • Coordinate onboarding activities with internal and external stakeholders to meet timelines and commercial expectations
  • Ensure new business commences trading as agreed, with accurate and timely invoicing
  • Enable success through smart deployment of customer capital and operational readiness
  • Continuously improve mobilisation outcomes across operations, customer service, account management, and administration
  • Track what matters by overseeing KPIs, reporting, and performance optimisation
  • Represent and elevate the brand through professional, high‑quality mobilisation delivery

 

About you

You are a confident, hands‑on leader with a strong coaching mindset and the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. You bring clear communication skills, strong organisational capability, and the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast‑paced environment.

  • Deliver outcomes on time and to a high standard, supported by strong attention to detail and accountability
  • Apply a solid understanding of systems, data integrity, and end‑to‑end process improvement
  • Lead and influence effectively within a complex, fast‑paced operating environment
  • Leverage experience from industrial, logistics, waste management, or similarly complex sectors
  • Use working knowledge of JDE and Salesforce to drive efficiency and informed decision‑making
  • Combine leadership, process excellence, and customer focus to make a meaningful enterprise‑wide impact
