The Opportunity
Based in Malaga, WA, the Resource Operations Coordinator is accountable for coordinating tasks, including planning & supervision for our Oil & Gas client on Barrow Island.
- Processing run sheets and load plans for the waste transfer station for end-of-month billing for the Client.
- Provide consultation and advice with Client Contract Owner and Client Area Owners on plan execution.
- Promote a strong customer service approach in the team towards both internal and external customers.
- Ensure adequate resourcing in line with projected planning.
- Adopt and incorporate an active focus towards the continual improvement of business processes and work to maintain a high-performing and efficient team.
- Collect and collate waste data from different sources and compile reports as required.
About You
Ideally, you will have experience in an operational administrative role within the waste management, oil & gas or transport and logistics industry and have strong Excel and invoicing skills.
- Highly developed attention to detail.
- Sound project & operations acumen.
- Demonstrated coordination & planning ability.
- Visual safety leadership & accountability and mentoring abilities.
- Computer, reporting & planning systems aptitude (e.g., JDE).
